Literary Loners

Literary Loners Reading Challenge 2017
Hosted by Jamie at Whatever I Think Of!

There are two options for this challenge and I can choose one or both.
Option 1: Books featuring a character identified as a loner, outcast, recluse, wallflower or introvert. Option 2: Books written by writers known to have been loners or recluses.

There are no levels and no check-ins, but I'm going to set a goal of 10.

1.  Bjorn Rolfson from The Awakening by Thomas K. Martin (outcast)
2.  Philip Lynx from Trouble Magnet by Alan Dean Foster
3.  Roland Deschain from The Gunslinger by Stephen King
4.  Jake Chambers from The Waste Lands by Stephen King
5.  Caith mac Sliabhan from Faery in Shadow by C. J. Cherryh (outcast)
6.  Sage Singer from The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult
7.  Nia from Trader by Charles de Lint
8.
9.
10.
