It's Monday! What Are You Reading? #6

It's Monday!  What Are You Reading? is hosted by The Book Date.  Visit the link to learn more.
Last Book I Read:  The Sands of Mars by Arthur C. Clarke -- I haven't reviewed this one yet, but it was pretty good, although a little dated.
Book I'm Reading Now:  The Magic Cup by Andrew M. Greeley -- I just started this one.  I'm not sure whether I'm going to like it as much as I'd hoped...
Next Up:  Breathless by Dean Koontz -- I almost always adore this author, so I'm sure I won't be disappointed!
I missed the last two Mondays and I was sad about it, but I'm back on track!

  1. Dean Koontz has been on my TBR shelf forever, but I've never taken the time to get started on one of his novels...maybe it's time I fixed that. :) Happy Reading!

Thanks for stopping by My It's Monday!

    1. Yes, it is! Some of his books are just so-so, but I have loved most of them.

  2. I've always wanted to try something by Dean Koontz but I've never been able to decide on one.

    1. Some are better than others. I've read quite a few. You can find my reviews under the Books by Author tab.

  3. I went through a pile of Arthur C. Clark when I was a teen. Probably wasn't quite as dated back then... I looked at the challenges on the side and saw that you are also doing the Around the World. Did it bother you to have no pin for the Mars book? (I'm just doing one pin per book; tracking setting changes was too fiddly for me.) It's fun looking at the map after several months of reading :-)

    1. Yes, I read enough science fiction that I need a map of the universe ;) I know, it is a bit much putting all the places from each book on. This was my first time around. Maybe next year, I'll just do one per book...we'll see!

  4. I was such a huge fan of Arthur C Clark when I was a teen, too! I loved science fiction, and devoured Isaac Asimov, too :) Glad to see the old classics still being enjoyed!

ENJOY the rest of this reading week.
